1. All goods are the property of Ross Custom Leather until payment has been made in full.
 
2. All orders are custom made and a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The final balance is due upon completion of work.
 
3. Payment can be made by Paypal, check or money order.
 
4. Descriptions, designs, and advice are given in good faith but it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check that the order fulfills their needs before proceeding.
 
5. All weights, measurements, and sizes are approximate.
 
6. Ross Custom Leather’s responsibility is to design and manufacture the goods you have commissioned us to make and to deliver those goods to you in good condition. Once delivery has taken place, Ross Custom Leather accepts no responsibility as to how you use, keep or maintain the goods. The responsibility lies solely with the purchaser.
 
7. Delivery times, dates, and cost of delivery will be arranged with you prior to your goods being shipped as price is dependent on the final weight of the goods. Within the USA we use USPS Priority Mail with confirmation and/or insurance for delivery.
 

8. If any custom made items, made to agreed specifications, are refused full payment will be required as custom made items cannot be resold.

9. All sales are final.

10. Virginia residents will be charged 5% Virginia Sales Tax.
